To Start: Talk to Ivar
Instructions:
1. Talk to Ivar he tells you to clear out his warehouse of all the rats.
2. Head north into the house closest to Ivar you will find rats a plenty in there.
3. Once you have slayed the required number of rats return to Ivar to finish the quest.
